CANCELLATION POLICY
At Kirkland Hair Co, your time is valuable—and so is ours. To provide the best service to all of our clients, we kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. ⏳ Cancellations Within 12 Hours Appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee, charged to the card on file. 💳 No-Shows or Same-Day Cancellations No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in a 50% cancellation fee or the full service amount being charged and may require a deposit to rebook. By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy. Thank you for respecting our time and helping us continue to provide exceptional service. 💇🏼♀️ Complaints or Concerns As a service provider, we always want you to love your outcome and your service! But we are aware of the possibility that you may not be 100% satisfied! We ask that if you have any complaints or concerns regarding your service or outcome, that you would reach out directly within 48 hours after your service to allow us to assist you further! If you reach out within this timeframe, we would be more than happy to get you back in to resolve the issue, offer a refund for your service total only, or recommend you to a stylist who may can assist with the issue at hand. TIPS ARE NONREFUNDABLE, and will not be refunded. With that, if you are unsatisfied with your service and do not meet the suggested timeframe above, we will not issue a refund of any kind, but would be happy to get you in to resolve the issue or recommend you to a stylist who many can assist you further.
